Exterminator Sound Filter?

Exterminator Sound Filter?
Ok.
My uncle went to an auction sale bought bought this big box of junk and inside of it were these 2 things each one about 1.5 inches high 2 inches deep and 3.5 inches wide. On the top they state
"Xterminator Noise Filter S-10A 150 Watt.
Coming out of each one is a Red wire, Black wire and Blue wire.
Any information on these things would be greatly appreciated.
