Live Tuning ?'s
I have a '99 F250 that currently has an AFE stage 2 intake and nothing else. In the near future I will be adding gauges, a 4" MBRP turbo back exhaust, and an ATS ported housing. The next step will be some new programming. I was leaning towards a DP Tuner but saw that Tyrant will be doing live tuning in my area this spring. My question is how big of a difference does live tuning make versus through the mail custom tuning? Would I notice a difference with the mild upgrades I have planned? Thank You.

Emery, live tuning make a huge difference and should be noticeable with a stock injectored truck. I have ran both DPTuner and now Tyrant tunes. You cant go wrong with either. I really like my Tyrant Tunes alot. If you want in on the Live Tuning, i will add ya

If it were me, I would call Cale and see if he is bringing chips with him (they usually do). Then install it while hanging out with the rest of us. Then when you get your turn, Cale will be able to tweak them to fit your needs. The best part is the tuning is usually covered in the live tuning price, so you can get a full selection for the price of a few tunes through the mail. Definitely a good deal.
