I use a pressure washer but you can only spray some stuff off, the rest is a good degreaser "super purple" + elbow grease, and before you go wild with the pressure washer cover everything important with plastic and avoid directly spraying IP, intake, head gaskets, valve covers, GP's,.. think surgery when you're spraying and don't go too crazy and "f" something up. Good luck
dish soap, a scrub brush and a garden hose works pretty good, avoid high pressure because you will force water past gaskets and seals into the engine. and this is obvious but ill mention it anyway. do it with the engine cold. then after your done, start it and let it get good and warm to burn the water out of everything
Be careful with Pink on paint ... DO NOT ALLOW IT TO DRY!!!! PERIOD! Especially on paint.
Flush with plenty of water, hot water works best. I flush until the slippery feel is gone.
If you are trying to clean a thick heavy greasy engine or the like, do not pre wet with water, use it 100%, spray it on, use a screwdriver or scraper to scratch through to metal to allow the pink to get under the grime, keep it all wet as you work around.
I have found in real heavy cases of dry caked on greasy crud to first soak with cheap penetrating fluid (and allow to soak longer the better) helps tremendously but then adds the poor environment element.
Then blast it off with water.
I HIGHLY recommend skin protection, it will suck all the oil right out of you!
Cannot count the times my hands have wound up dry, cracked and bleeding.
No I am not connected to them in any way other then I really like their products. I have met them, they are awesome people that would rather drive an old broken down explorer then cheapen their products with degraded products.
During racing season, I use at least a gallon a week.
If you have a white paint job that is discolored.
Working in small areas at a time use Incredible Pink straight, wash and RINSE THROUGH ... It will bring a new life to white paint.
Once done Rub out and wax to bring back the shine.
But like I said, NEVER ALLOW Incredible Pink to dry!
