Has anyone come up with a clever way to cover the gap on the floor of the '03 Expy that happens when you fold all of the seats flat?
I want to figure something out that either attaches to the seat backs permanently and hinges over, or if it removes altogether, can be stored somewhere in the vehicle. I can't understand why Ford didn't do something about this.
My dog really has trouble with the gap (he's not the brightest, but we love him anyway!)
I've been thinking about this ever since we got our 2003 and can't come up with any good ideas. For the hole that is left in the center row when the armrest is layed down, we rolled up an old blanket. We bought a sleeping bag at WalMart and some sheet straps to hold the front corners. It seems to work pretty well and is easily removed when the seats are needed.
