Well, I did it. I traded my 2000 7.3 for a brand new 6.7 which will be delivered to me on Monday. Torreador Red to Autumn Red, maybe nobody will even notice but me? I am very excited. It is crazy when I compare the 2000 brochure to the 2012. I am doubling HP and torque, and have a 50% higher tow rating. Plus the XLT with a few options will be way more than I could have ordered on my 2000 Lariat.
Anyway, can't wait til the car hauler calls me Monday.
I floundered around and finally got two pictures posted in my garage I believe. One of the new truck and one with both trucks side by side. I don't have time to get good at posting pictures yet. In fact, I can't figure out how to quickly navigate around and get to threads I have posted on etc. Juat takes time to figure it out. One thing that drives me crazy is that every single time I post or page forward or back, I have to sit and wait for many seconds for the site to perform the action and load the page. I do not know if iti siall the ads that load or what, but it really diminishes my desire to use the site. It feels like I stepped back into dial up when I use this site compared to all the other sites I use.
Oh, my little beagle does not like my new 2012 6.7. It is so quiet she does not hear me coming and does not know I have pulled into the garage. She has always met me at the end of the driveway with my 7.3, now she does not know I am there utnil I slam the door!
