40/20/40 fold down console

Can someone tell me how to detach the small pad that fits around the cupholders so I can repair it? Thanks!!

Someone please answer. I need to rebond that piece also and it would be easier if I did it on the bench. I always rip into the wrong plastic covers on interior stuff and ruin everything and break it all and give up.
