The right rear door on my X is rattling when I hit a bump. The door is not closing tight enough. I can reproduce the noise by just pushing on the door. I don't see any adjustments that i can make.
My latch loosens up in the door for some reason. Check those black torque screws to see if they are tight. The latch that is on the body is the usual adjustment point. Once you loosen up those large torques that piece should move around and then you can retighten.

They look countersunk - no slots for adjustment. Everything is tight. I was debating wrapping it with electrical tape...
I think the tape will last for a very short time and then get stuck in the door. I don't recall right now how the latches look on the body but I am pretty sure if you loosen up that hook assembly on the body it will move around.
I can't believe that they made it so exact they didn't account for adjustment.

I was thinking the same thing, but maybe I missed something.
I just took a look at my truck. The black loop on the body should be adjustable. if you notice the loop is mounted to a flange. Behind that the body has large holes and then on the inside of the body panel is a plate with welded nuts. So don't take those bolts all the way out. Not sure if the plate will fall or not but that will suck.
I pulled the bolts out and put some anti-seize on them. That nuts aren't moving. Not sure if they are seized up or what. I even hit the ends of the bolts with a hammer to try to knock the bolt plate loose or something.
