Front end alignment question

I got a 2000 f350 two wheel drive. Well i had a shop here align the front end but they couldn't get the caster in the driver front any better they said it was within tolerance but my truck still pulls to the right. They said i could get a shim for the top that is adjustable so they can get it better for the crown in the right side of the road. Any of you had this issue or know where i can get this shim they are talking about??

Ascot supply has a list of Ball Joint sleeves etc.
Just Google them

i would find a alighnment shop that was full service, thats there specialty, sorry they would send you out like that.

Mine was pulling to the right, but the tires had a weird wear pattern before the alignment. I rotated the tires after the alignment and the pull went away.
