Front end alignment
Took my 2016 F350 dually to Ford dealer to get front end alignment. Front tires are wearing kind of weird, so wanted to make sure all was good. Told Service Writer i wanted to talk with Tech. He wrote this on Invoice. Tech and Service Writer show up AFTER Tech (supposedly) checked alignment. Wanted to know MY concerns?? Told him I didn't want tires to wear. He said alignment is within specs. BUT Camber & Castor are out?? WTF
I said that's part of the alignment........he says NO. That separate? Needless to say I was NOT too happy!!
Service Writer checks and it would be $175.00 for EACH side????? PLUS whatever alignment was.
Guess what?? I DID NOT DO IT.
