Had a great supper with Katie and the kids. I got treated to Buffalo Wild Wings ... mmmm ... Southwest Chicken Queso Wrap and a Blue Moon to drink.
Kids are in bed and I'm sitting down watching Footloose (new version). The little TV looks like crap. Even worse with copy protection kicking in because I have to run it through the VCR. I can't wait to get to GT to get our big a$$ TV. It's only a 36" but it's a tube so it's a heavy SOB (around 180lbs).
Looks like everyone around here had a great day. Anyone productive?
Congrats to your son Jim. My son got 1st in his den (our of 3), so he's going to districts as well. This despite me splitting the car in half down the centerline trying to put the weights in it.
The evening has been good. Just sitting here working on some church stuff.
The funeral was a bit awkward. I met the deceased once. I met her daughter and son last night for the first time. It was clear that they DO NOT get along. The only time they sat or stood next to each other was during the service. It was a favor to my grandmother. That was the only reason I went.
