I just bought both rear drums for $100(pair) new at NPD in Canton. The Disc brake conversion runs $250-300 or new front drums for 89.99-114.99ea. More then I expected.
I am heading to Silver Lake on Saturday, do some work around the camp site with the bobcat, then hook to my buddies trailer and drag it home for him. (He has a 1/2 ton Chevy and a 'half ton towable' trailer but for some reason he feels better hooking it to my SuperDuty) Then we're going to back his trailer into my barn, empty it in preparations for delivery of his 2012 40' Big Country 5th wheel that, once again, I have to tow.
Oil leak seems to be back already. Have to call guys from Hallas in the morning to see whats up. Throw the truck to them for ball joints and check the oil leak again. Last time it was the HPOP oil seals. replaced and no leaks, but dont know what now. I surely dont drive my truck like a bat out of hell.
Been busy with a new friend lately, but havent forgot about the FTE people.
