My guess would be $48K to $53K depending on what rebates and incentives are available in your area, the method you purchase (A Plan, X Plan, Negotiation, etc.), market demand for this truck in your areas, and how badly the dealer wants to move inventory.
I think there is plenty of wiggle room in that price. A close friend of mine sold me my truck after doing research for months on it myself from dealers in a 150 mile range online. I think that u should be able to get em down another 2-3k with no problems.
I found online pricing was the way to go before wheelin at the dealer in person. If that means e-mailing the heck outta every dealership. Know before u go!
You would think they want to move inventory. I inquired about a new 2011 on the lot (been there for 4 months) and talked to the salesman a while and left him my contact info.. I have not heard back and it has now been 4 days. I hope trading my 6.4 did not scare them away.
Some Ford dealerships were offering 12k off the MSRP of a 2012 - not sure if that expired.
X Plan price would be about .92 of the 62,000 or 57,000.
If you can get all $5000 of the rebates, that brings it to 52,000. I have had no luck getting any farther than that with dealers I have tried pretty much all over the US. If somebody knows of one that would sell it for $48,000, I for one would like to know about them.

Amen DrillbitTaior, I got mine at A plan with 3k in rebates and I didn't get it down to 48k
My sticker was only $49,480, but I was out the door (not counting taxes) at $39,000 even. This was after talking them out of about $1700 in extras (spray in bed liner, factory steps, window tint, mud flaps and underseat storage). I was very happy with the deal, never thought I'd do so well on a diesel.
