Carburetor Kit:
I got a carburetor kit for a stock 2100 carburetor on my 1966,352 engine.Sometimes it is hard to crank like it is flooded.I thought the power valve was bad and leaking.The kit came from advance auto.It is made by GP Sorensen and the part # is 96-215.The replacement power valve looks different than the old one.It has a shoulder on it were the gasket mounts.The old one is completely smooth.There are two gaskets in the kit that fit the new valve.One has a triangle shape in the middle like the old and the other is just a flat gasket that don't look like it would seal.I am not sure what to install here.Also,I am not sure I have the right small rubber for the vent on top.Has anybody used this kit or can give me some advice?
