So it was a flat bed. Yes a 161" wheel base. Cab and chassis came is several different wheel bases. I just wanted to make sure you were not saying it was a 10' pickup bed made by Ford
It was bought brand new from Duncanon ford dealer in 96 or 97 may have been an upfitter thing like centurion. But it was real. I've seen 2 others in my life both similar year. One was on eBay low mile truck and the other came from the same dealer bought new.
