With all the negativity about Ford customer service I would like to report a very positive experience. My primary water pump went out Friday at 23,500 miles and after inspecting and confirming the failure the dealer loaned me a F150 to drive keeping my truck over the weekend. It was the first 6.7 water pump they had ever changed. When I picked it up Monday they had installed the new pump, 3 gallons of new antifreeze, given the vehicle a multi-point inspection, checked and filled all liquids if needed and tested the PH in the secondary system. All of this was done for no charge. They could have been cheap and changed the pump reinstalling the old coolant but did not. Thank you dealer and Ford.
I am ashamed to say that the second set of FX4 rancho shocks when out at 23,000 miles. I decided to not have the second set installed. Instead, I bought the new Bilstein 5100's - based on a video and recommendations from the members here that clearly have very poor judgement in the trucks that they purchase.
All the sorry Ford people (customer service) could do is to give me the 200,000 diesel plus package. Shame on me.
