Exclamation 4.2l V6, 1997 5 Speed Tranny Goin'!

Hey all, I'm new to this forum, I usually do my posting in the 4.2 L v6 area, but i need some expert advice. Just recently, my truck hit 91, 500 on the original tranny. It now grind when i go into first from neutral with the clutch released, once I put the clutch in and go from neutral to 1st, it grinds, if i go from any other gear into first, it's fine, as long as I don't go into neautral, and let go of the clutch. Can someone tell me what they think it is? Could it be syncro, or my clutch burning out, could it besomething simple? Please tell me what you think.
