Factory Tint???

Do they make a factory tinted door glass?? Living in NH the law does not allow you to have any tint on the driver and passenger door windows UNLESS it comes from the factory tinted. I really want to tint the truck but i think it would odd to not have all the glass tinted.

Its not even a get it tinted and pay the ticket if you get caught. Its more of no-one will inspect the truck with it on. Nice right?? The only way i see it, would be to get it inspected, get the tint put on and remove before the yearly inspection. repeat process every year. uugghhh.

That really sucks. The best you could do is get 20% on the back and none on the front. That's how the Lariat's come from the factory.

I dont know of any manufacturer that has any level of tint avalible for any production vehicle in the us at all for the front three windows. Its like a DOT no no, so I think your stuck with plan B.

I went with 20% and it looks pretty good.

The front windows have a very small amount of tint on them, it is hardly noticeable.

It is for safety reasons, visibility at night for the driver and LEO safety.

My truck came from the factory with the front doors lightly tinted and the rest pretty dark, it looks good and I don't like the front doors tinted.

You can buy precut pieces of tint on e-bay for pretty cheap so if you have to replace it every year...........
I usually tint the front two windows within a couple of weeks of buying a new vehicle, it sure does help keep the vehicle cooler in these hot Texas summers.

I had to get a truck inspected with the front windows tinted. I rolled down the front windows and pulled the fuse and took it right to the DMV. You won't fail because your windows don't work .
