Thoughts or Ideas?

For starters excuse me for not knowing this but I am new to working on a Blue Oval (I usually work on Bow-ties and Rams) I recently acquired a 1994 F250XL reg cab 4x4 w/ a 351/C6. The good - she was a plow truck here in Southern Maryland (we don't get snow like upstate New York) at a local school and only has 31,609 miles on her and she came with a good working Meyer E60 Plow. The bad - she is a LOT more rusted than the advertiser explained (internet government auction). In my efforts to resurrect this truck I have determined that I need a parts truck, I have found a wrecked (took a pole to the center of its grille) 1996 F250 4x2 with a 460 and auto trans (unknown model). The donor is from NC and looks to be pretty rust free. I am planning on taking the donors bed, rear bumper, rear window (its a slider, mine isn't), front seats to replace to bench, some rear suspension parts if they are in better shape than mine, and anything else that I can scavenge.

Are there any fitment issues that I should be aware of? Is there any pieces of the front suspension that can be used on mine as long as they aren't mangled in any fashion? I am trying to repair or out-right replace anything that I feel is too rusty. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

The body parts are the same... as for the front end parts.. not too much since one is 4x4 and the other is 2wd..

I didn't think that there would be a whole lot from the front end, but I have not dissected these trucks yet. Would the rear have the same suspension pieces?

Should be the same, there "might" be a difference in spring width.. I know the 150's have wider springs on the rear of 4X4's..

Hopefully I will get lucky as the doner is a 250 with a 460. Thanks for your inputs.
