Up here in Alma, Michigan. Just started my 1950 F-1 project. May need to ask a few questions from time to time.

Removed Trans from the truck, Drive Shaft, Seat, And old fuel tank. Had some carb issues had to return it for another. Unbolted hood and engine. Cut whats left of the exhaust off. Also in need of a wide Generator pulley. Swap meet coming up in a few weeks hoping to find one.

 

Thanks greenmachinejohn. I just checked out the site. We have a swamp meet in Midland, never been there before, gotta find out the date. Got just a few things I will be looking for. Sounds like you are just as motivated as I am with all the work being done.

 

Got the 2nd carb installed. Installed new Vacuum Advance line and fuel line from pump to carb. Cleaned and painted fuel line from tank to pump. Pictures to come.

Now you need to put on the oil bath air cleaner, spark plug wires, and coil.

 

That sir is one fine looking engine , Red was always my favorite color . Keep up the nice work .
