would any of ya'll know where to get the plastic bushing that goes on the end of the shifter for the shift rails on a 84 bronco II V/6 5 speed.. i looked around some local, and no parts store knows where to get one

if you are going to find one you are going to have to get it at a junkyard which usually won't sell without the transmission and transfer case together. We thought we busted the shifter housing on our 84 and looked everywhere ended up buying the whole transmission at a local junkyard. Still have for sale actually.
