Headache Rack, Tool Box, Bed Rails

Hi.
Just bought my new truck. 2005 F-350 SRW 6.0L Lariat. It's coming with high end headache rack, tool box and bed rails (color matched). They are really nice and maybe even custom painted and I wish I could leave them installed, but I'm a full time RV'er with 5th wheel and can't have anything higher than the bed. If I had storage I would keep them for future use or for when I sell the truck again.

I'm wondering if the experts out there can help me identify the brand and models of the 3 parts and maybe give me an idea what they're worth. I'm going to be driving it from the dealer in Houston to Arizona and I would like to list them on Craigslist from here to there to try to sell them along the way.

I think the Headache Rack is Ranchand HRF99HBLW custom painted:
2005 Ford F350 Hauler - Lighted, window cut
Looks like those go for about $700
Maybe the bed rails are Ranchhand also. The bumper definitely looks like a Ranchand.
Toolbox I have no idea. It's definitely not a cheapo home depot box.

Any help would be appreciated. I know some of you know all of the aftermarket lines way better than I do.

Tool box looks like my R&K box. If it is, it's a high end box.

Look at the tag on the front of the box, looks just like mine.

Congrats on the truck, looks nice! Someone spent some money between the replacement bumper and everything on the bed. I agree w/ Rick, the logo on the box looks like Rawson-Koenig, is the logo "RKI"? It's high end, they sell mainly for commercial use, contractors and the like so they're built to last. I would think you could sell all of it for a fair bit. I got one of their low end painted steel boxes several years ago, at cost, and it was pushing $300. I'm guessing yours w/ the aluminum diamond plate would retail for $700+.

Yeah. I looked it up and it looks like they go for around $700 new.
I might be able to get $1000 or more for all three pieces, but now I'm thinking It would be worth while to store them.

Maybe so, it's not like any of them will go out of style, also nice that they match the bumper. Just an idea, but why not leave the headache rack? Might save your cab corners if you ever have to turn really sharp w/ your 5th wheel.

I may leave it. I just need 54 inches of clearance and I'm won't know until I get the hitch installed.

I don't pull 5th wheel only gooseneck - my bed rails are real similar to those & I don't have problems.. I have hit the rails twice while turning while topping out a hill minor scratch to rail - Of course the traller is all I-beam..

The fear I have with the bed rails is the clearance. Especially with the new truck bed height being higher than my old '96.

That is definitely an RK (Rawson Koenig) toolbox, and is very near the top of the line. I priced one the other day at the local trailer shop and they were asking $699.

Here is their website -

That rack looks great. Not a Ranch Hand (I'm 95% sure all their haulers bolt to the rails, and that looks welded) but looks like someone took their time.

When I got my rack, I cut the rail caps down to the length of the toolbox, all you need is an angle grinder and some paint and the rail is gone.... I'd keep it, the color match sweet.

They Have to go

I decided I need to sell them. 1 because I need the money to get to my new job, and 2 because I don't want to pay to store them.

I'd rather see someone else using them than have them just sitting around. Spread the word if anyone is interested.

Your front bumper is made by Frontier Gear.

The headache rack looks very much like the ones we used to build at Ranch Hand. They were offered on angle, like yours or on diamond plate bed caps. They used to be one piece welded. I can't confirm by the pictures though.

There is a sticker for a welding company out of Texas on the bumper so I was assuming that they were all custom. I thought it was a little much for a small welding shop to put something like that together.

You worked at RanchHand?
