Well I need a bit of help and the wiring gurus should be the best contact for me. Let me explain what occurred and hopefully I can obtain an answer for this problem. I was going to hook up some floor lights (snake lights) which are just red leds that provide light on the floor board from a switch. I used one of the fuses on the far right side the lowest one I think was the one. I did not have the switch layout and did not know which post was hot neg or what? When I brought the power wire from the "fused" side of the fuse to the switch and had a good ground, but when I did so there was not pop no click nothing, not a sound to lead on what occured. The entire right side of the fuse box that is at the left knee inside the cab has went dark, no power at all. I cannot start the truck because of this. If I take a hot wire to that side of the fuse panel and touch one of them it will allow the truck to crank. This truck does have an after market keyless system and I am not sure if this affects this at all. I am at a total loss I know very littel about wiring really, and would love any help that can be offered. Thanks JOE>
Well I have an update. The fuse panel aka Smart Junction Block.... It failed all around. The new one is gonna be $600!!! That sucks for a small mistake, but live and learn. JOE>
