not meant to be smart a$$, ask your friendly state patrol officer at the local regional office. They usually have flyers on how to register a home made trailer/vehicle/motorcycle and other helpfull info about the legality of certaim "modifications".

How can they? Measued mine last night and they (middle) sit right at 45". 250 and I don't even have the snow-plow package. Just something to use "IF" they want to pull u over. Jeeez!
