just pulled codes....help please
EVP info: Fuel Injection Technical Library » EGR Valve Position sensor (EVP)
Code 634: Transmission Manual Lever Position Sensor circuit out of self test.
This sensor is referred to as the MLPS. Some part manuals mistakenly refer to it as a Neutral Safety Switch. Long story short it tells the PCM what gear position is selected by the user. The PCM controls the transmission accordingly. Yes it can cause a hard shift, random neutrals and other issues. Some great MLPS info in this thread: E4OD MLP adjustment? - FSB Forums
DN90 CONTINUOUS MEMORY DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) 328, 327 OR 337: CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT SENSOR
Continuous Memory DTC 328 or 327 indicates the EGR valve was closed further than normal or EVP sensor or circuit has failed with an intermittent low voltage sometime during vehicle operation.
Continuous Memory DTC 337 indicates the EVP signal to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) was above the maximum Self-Test limit sometime during vehicle operation.
Possible causes:
Poor continuity in EVP harness or connectors.
Intermittent open or short in EVP sensor or harness.
Damaged EVP sensor.
Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Inspect for damaged or pushed out pins, corrosion, loose wires, etc. Service as necessary.
Install breakout box, reconnect PCM.
Connect DVOM between Test Pin 27 and Test Pin 46 at the breakout box.
Key on, engine off.
Lightly tap on EVP sensor and wiggle harness connector to simulate road shock.
Note: EVP voltage with EGR valve closed is normally between .24 and .67 volt and steady. A sudden change in voltage indicates a fault.
DN110 CONTINUOUS MEMORY DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) 332: CHECK EGR VALVE FUNCTION
Continuous Memory DTC 332 indicates the EGR valve did not open with the engine stabilized and the EVR solenoid duty cycle present sometime during vehicle operation.
Possible causes:
Obstructed or cracked hose to EGR valve.
Damaged EGR valve.
Damaged EVR solenoid harness.
Key off.
Disconnect vacuum hose at EGR valve and connect a hand vacuum pump.
Apply 10-20 in-Hg (34-67 kPa) to EGR valve.
TD1 KEY ON ENGINE OFF DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS) 67/634, 522 AND 654:
CHECK MANUAL LEVER POSITION (MLP) SENSOR ALIGNMENT
DTCs 67 and 634 indicate the MLP sensor is out of Self-Test range when the gear selector is in PARK.
DTCs 522 and 654 indicate the gear selector was not in Park during Self-Test.
Possible causes:
Misadjusted linkage.
Open or short in harness circuits.
Damaged MLP sensor.
Damaged PCM.
Key off.
Apply parking brake.
Place transmission in NEUTRAL.
Verify that Manual Lever Position (MLP) Sensor Tool (Rotunda T91P-7010-AHT) or equivalent fits in the appropriate slot.
