Oil cooler to EGR cooler hose underneath the blue, elbow, turbo hose on passenger side.
As above. If you get under thr truck with a flashlight and look up towards the rear of the engine under the turbo you'll probably be able to see the path from the top of the engine around the head down to the exhaust manifold.
Thanks for the replies. I see the EGR cooler line, but it looks like a bitch to service. I'll check the heater lines in the morning. Should I attempt to tighten (re-clamp) the EGR hose or should it just be replaced?

What color is that EGR hose? You didn't mention your model year, or I missed it. Just went and see you have an 06, so it should be blue.
If it is a stock hose on the EGR, they don't have clamps. And they are not too difficult to replace. There are a couple threads on this topic.
They can leak, but the older years had an orange one that failed a lot.
As posted above, check the heater control valve on fire wall passenger side.
