Solenoid with T on bottom

On the 5.8 351w, what is the solenoid that is to the right of the egr valve? It has the two vacuum lines running across the bottom.

The solenoid I am looking for is the one in the following picture held by the wire tie.

That is the charcoal canister purge solenoid..

You can get a new one at NAPA or your favorite parts store..
