performance chips

i have a 95 f250 4x4 extended cab long bed 5 speed i was wondering what is the best chips on the market for my truck.

BTS, PHP, tony wildman, tyrant diesel, DP tuner, gear head are all good tuners. Just about all of these guys use a TS style 6 position chip

Beans burned a pretty good one for me, its almost as good as the TW I have. I going to have Beans touch it up some then it might be better then the TW.

You'll want to get a Pyrometer and turbo boost gauge before you modify your tuning at all.

Thanks I looked them up....now to decide what to do first the chip,3inch down pipe or the exhaust....

Downpipe and exhaust. And I would also consider an intake as well. Many of us do a poor mans intake called the 6637. Riffraff diesel sells a kit, or you can look the stuff up yourself and save a few bucks.

1. Intake
2. 3in DP to at least 4 inch exhaust
3. Pyro, Boost guages
4. Chip

Downpipe and 6637 first. The 31/2" exhaust is fine until you can afford a 4", just get rid of the cat and muffer. Pyro gauge then chip. Boost is nice but its not a performance thing, its a WoW thing!
