no start
I just bought a 2005 f250 4x4 5.4 from a auction they said motor was bad, tried to start and nothing. starter was gone. put on starter and it started after a few tries,
it ran rough im sure it need plugs ad packs, but then it died and would not restart, acted like it was trying but just die. bout 30 mins later jumped in it and it started, i held down accel pedal till it warmed up it has a miss but no knocking or overheating so i let off the pedal and it starts to idle then dies, i havent hooke the scanner to it it does have the light on thought maybe someone has been thru this before

replace the cam sensors last night no change, well it wont start at all now, but sunday it started i drove around the place fro 30 min drove in the shop it died and wouldnt crank. it act like it wants to start, just enough to kick out the starter then nothing if i hold the pedal down it sometimes pops thru the intake, when it runs its nearly perfect it has 202,000 mile dont think the plugs have been changed but its weird how when it starts how well it runs, is this a timing chain issue?
