'97 F250 Floor Pan
I tried searching for the answer and failed
I have a 97 F250 diesel with a rusted floor pan in way of and inboard of lower door seal extending the width of the door. Wet floor insulation from previous owner that I missed when inspecting. I cut out the bad in preparation for inserting new but can't find a source. I ordered a repair pan from JCWhitney but it isn't correct or even long enough. Anyone know where to buy one?
Thanks

LMC and National Parts Depot.

I don't know how far it goes but you may just need to get some 16 or 18 gauge metal and fill in the gaps. That's what I used to have to do years ago when I was playing with muscle cars. Now I'm spoiled. They have so many parts I can get a full body for a 70 Chevelle, Camaro, Mustang, etc...
You can make the ribs with a vise, an extension and a hammer. Just open the vice wide enough, lay the extension down and hammer away till it makes the rib. Smaller ones you can use a blunt chisel. This of course assumes you're welding in the repair. If you're looking for something to just lay over you might be SOL.
