timing
I have a 390 with an "S" code intake with a 600 holley, dynomax headers into dual cherrybomb glasspacks, a 901 cam i dont know what my timing is supposed to be at any suggestions this is the first motor i put back together.

Start around 10-12 BTDC. Back off if you get "pinging" (early detonation).
You may be able to go higher but watch for the pinging at higher RPMs. That Cam may like the higher timing at idle, but you may be too far at higher RPMs.
