It's floating around here somewhere. You can try a search. But normally someone will respond or link you the info by the time you find it.

Here is the parts diagram with the Ford and International numbers. I put this together and colored it up as it is a commonly asked question.

That is an awesome illustration. I tried to rep you but no dice....

If you are so inclined, you could add the Parker Vibra-lok sleeve size to your illustration. The 1/4" tubing gets #4 sleeves, the 5/16" return gets #5 and the 3/8" supply gets #6. That is how they have them labeled at the Parker Store in my neighborhood.

(The only reason I remember the sizes is because it's fresh in my mind from a recent bowl rebuild. In a year from now I will be totally lost again and have to fall back to my notes, if I can figure out where I wrote it down...)

Parker numbers are listed below.

60VLV-4 = 4/16" or better known as 1/4"
60VLV-5 = 5/16"
60VLV-6 = 6/16" or better known as 3/8"

I can add them to the picture though. May take a day or two!

If you do not have a local Parker store, Bob at Diesel O-Rings.com Sells them as does Clay at Riffraff Diesel.

Ken, the number 23 is that a check valve with a screen in it. I was wondering when I had mine apart if that was a screen fitting and check valve. Thanks, Chet

UPDATE

Chet, from what i've read, yes its a checkvalve but also has a pinhole in it as well, to help "bleed" the pressure back some since the injectors are a splitshot design.

Ken, outtacontrol bro, AWESOME illustrations..

Well for the conclusion, whatta day, afternoon and into the evening. Parts from Clay and Bob, we had a project. My buddy had one NASTY fuel leak goin on, so the credit card came out, and was no holds barred. New ICP, EBP, CAC boots, fuel bowl rebuild... With removal of EBP, it was a opportunity to clear the tubing. No probs there. While that was removed, off came the entire valley area and cac tubing. With all on the workbench, started tackling the fuel bowl. From there we cleaned and installed the EBP tubing. With the P.O. purchasing a new turbo, there wasnt a reason to remove it and install the pedestal/turbo o-rings in the cabinet kit. So, next was the plenum inserts, and cleaning of valley. While there, i had bought and also brought with me, a pigtail assy for checking UVCH pins. d/s checked great, i went to p/s, and bam, thee entire wire assy was freyed to the extent of ALL bare wires showing... Luckily, with pigtail in hand, we exposed enough of wiring through loom to cut and wire-twist in the new plug assy. Finally, after installig all new, and taping up everything, i took one more visual before cranking her over and noticed the d/s cac tube to intercooler was collapsed.. Apparently, the new boots are longer which require removing some of the foil for proper fitment..no biggie, 10 minutes later, allz good, and whatta know, BAMM...she fired off, and sounded AWESOME. Told him today, to cruise around, and let the air pass on thru.

Since his purchase, which was a week ago Monday, we've done the ELC, cac boots, epb, fuel bowl rebuild, A/C mod, wrap around rad hose and lower hose, ICP, plenums and new plug for UVCH. Sure theres a few more, but he's stoked. ON the list is the 6637 and intank mod... Couldn't have done it without the knowledge i've learned here....thanks guys.
