I have a 93 f150 4x4 4.9 e4od single cab short bed with 31 inch tires im getting about 19 mpg right now. Im installing a 4 inch lift but im worried if I put 33,s mpg will drop how bad do u think it will effect it? Its my dd
I would say it will drop noticably. It will probably be closer to 15-17 if you get 19 now.
The lift by itself will effectively decrease the already bad aerodynamics our trucks have.
You can get 33 10.50. The height will still be a factor though. Do you know what rear axle gears your truck has? If it has 2.73 or 3.08, I would not consider running 33s. I would not really want to run larger than 31s, but you might look at 32 11.50. That would be better.

I had 31x10.5r15 BFGs on my setup and recently got 33x10.5r15 BFGs after adding a leveling kit. My final drive gear ratio cruises 70mph@2000rpm
i have 3.55's on my truck and 32x11.5's and a 4-6 inch lift im not sure on my mileage as the psom hasnt been recalibrated but i have plenty of power . its the 302 though. but this is coming from a bronco2 with 35's and stock 2.9 and gears so the f150 is plenty quick for my needs

The mileage will definitely drop, but your driving speeds will dictate how drastic of a drop it will be. The negative effects of mileage will be amplified in stop n go traffic, but not so much at modest highway speed.
You could see how it looks with the lift and 31's before you pull the trigger on 33's. It would prob look better with 33's but you'd only gain 1 inch of ground clearance by goin 33, so they wouldn't make or break you either way.
All that aside, you aren't going to drop THAT much by goin to 33 and a lift vs 31 and a lift. My guess would be 16-18 if you get 18-20 now. Stick with all terrains and I think you'll be fine.
