Guess I might Lose a Buck here LOL

I thought it was just shifting Bad what is typical for injector issues

Burnt fluid and stuff is probably trans issue

I got a p0203 injectors circuit #3
Contribution on
P0272, 0275, 0281, 0284.
P0620 generator contole circuit (if I remember corrrectly it has to do with the trans)
And nothing codes of p1000, p0098, and p0528. I only got the p0203 once about a month ago, the others were yesterday.

need to make shure alternator/s are working right this could be why your FICM is BAD

Its very common for BAD Batterys or Alternator to KILL FICM
any issue with charging system will ruin FICM or other electronics

Im thinking the Injector contributation codes are from the BAD FICM

What sucks is I had it rebuilt 2 years ago and I'm over the warranty. I just have too much power for the stock trans. I don't know what has been done to the truck before I got it but I know that before it started to run like crap It would break loose when I floored it at 35mph and could go from 60 to 100 in about 3 to 4 seconds. I'm not kidding. And I was getting 26mpg at 90 mph.

The truck won't be able to get out of its own way without the tunner.

Bulley Dog is the WORST tunner for the 6.0L trans

Edge is next in line as far as Hard/Bad for the 6.0L trans

SCT tunners are what folks here run and have Good succes with

I dont know to much about the diffrent tunners but if your EDGE is SOF type thats Very Hard on Trans

So you said it was rebuilt 2 years ago does that mean your Trans was rebuilt 2 years ago???

If so^^^^ you need to return the truck to stock see it that helps but sounds like the damage has already been done

If it were me I would Ditch the EDGE and get SCT

That Edge is Tearing your Trannys up IMO with this auto trans its very pickey about tunners you can about run any tunner you want with a standard trans just not an auto trans SCT tunner Only then you dont have to worrey

Sounds like this Tranny issue might be self inflicted damage

I suspect you have other things going on here Especialy with the Grocery List of codes your getting

But get an SCT Tunner so the trans do keep going out

Did it lose power right after the EGR Deleate?? what deleate is it

The trans was rebuilt 2 years ago. Well more like 2.5 years ago. Before the tunner. I was going to buy the ATS high performance trans and converter since I do tree work and haul a lot of wood and tow machinery. That's why I like the edge. A couple of my buds have banks and one has sct and they don't have the same power. I thought I would have gotten more time out of my trans.

I don't know. I did the delete thinking that it was causing my hard start issue when it was hot but it wasn't the problem. I did it in the fall also the IPR, ICP, MAP, filters 3 times with Ford filters cleaned the intake to the best of my abilities w/o removal and acid bath cleaned the exhaust backpressue tube new injector harness

Is it a SOF=Shift On the Fly Type tunner these type are Very Hard on it

Considering all the work thats been done A piched/chaffed wire harness maybe possible
