Has anyone experience this place? I have a 91 burgandi F250 xtra cab long bed. The paint on the hood/roof are rusted and the rest of the paint on the truck does not look good, the body does not need anything at all, it could not be any straighter.
This guys are asking something like $1350 (stage 4 process; they use the best Dupont paint according to them, and clear and so forth)to repaint the truck the same color. The price is about right for my bugdet $350 too much but ok. I rather not paint the truck at all if I should expect to paint it again in a couple of years.
Thanks for your responses.
Regards,
Alex
Yes, I've used them before, the Torrance location. I can't believe the price they quoted you. The top-of-the-line job should be more like $600 if you don't need bodywork. They are better than Earl "RIIIGHT!" Sheib, but not that much better. Get a referral to a good local body shop for a second opinion. Your insurance agent might be a help in locating one.
Their stage 3 it's about $600. The stage 4 is the most $$$$ now since they put clear on it and according to them they use better paint.
But yes, I will ask arround
