Has anyone used a Ready Welder II 10000ADP for bodywork? It states that it can be used to weld sheetmetal but after a search I have not found anyone that has used it...??

Why would you want to? You can get a nice 115/240 MIG/Flux core for that price assuming you are going to repair your body panels in your work shop and not at the mud pit. Do you already own this?
I kinda like the idea, I'm going to look into a lot more.
For me my truck already has the dual battery setup, mines the battery and cables.
But i could hook this up and do minor welding with it, thanks for posting this.
This is almost a perfect idea, to have a portable welder without having to give up my bed to a unit.
The ready welder (Ready Welder II 10000ADP) I'm looking at can connect to an arc welder or battery, I already have an arc welder. I was looking at the thickness of metal range, it states from thin (found a site that states 22 gauge) to really thick (up to 3/4 inch thick) while using gas so you can get some really clean welds. Plus you can weld aluminum for a price tag of less than $600 for the unit. Plus being able to use it out in the middle of no where if you needed to.
I dont know, I was just looking to see if anyone has used one for bodywork or exhaust...?
