I've been a user there for 5 years.
The OP set up the scenario 6 months earlier.
As Admiral Akbar would say "It's a trap"
Definitely a EPIC TROLL.
I think that came from the diesel garage yrs ago. I remember when it was going in the original thread. It could have been PSN.

As far as Pirate 4x4 goes, that site is like the wild west or Tijauna. It's not moderated. If you dont like being called really bad names or being talked to in a disrespectful manner dont go there ever. There are some guys over there that know off roading and off road builds. Pirate has some differential and axle gurus there as well, but , I dont reccomend anybody go there. On occasion I have exported something from a thread there to here to add some good content to a thread. However, I will never provide a link back there or make a citation as to where it came from. I would hate for somebody's kids to click on the link or their wife. One of the mods over here Chris (aka ctubutis) was asking me to give some credentials as to where the post and info came from. I sent him a PM saying NEGATORY SIR! I explained it to him . Rather he was alright with it or not IDK, but , he didnt delete it.

If you guys have any off road build questions that arent getting answered here I would check in at Full Size Bronco. They have some very knowledgable members over there and a lot of them are members here too. Once again I do not reccomend Pirate for anything except getting you really pissed off!

Hahaha got a good laugh around the shop! He needs to weld the compressor fins to the turbo housing for more compression and fill his engine with water I hear the hydrogen it makes helps with mpgs

Cheeze and crackers, men, what's all the fuss about?

I watched one of my classmates do this to the differential in his 1975 Chevy Monza with a built 327 while in high school auto shop. He then proceeded directly out to the parking lot and did the most awesome set of donuts that I have ever seen!

Remember, it's for OFF-ROAD use only!!

Yeah no doubt it will be off the road ... in a junk yard lol! He welded his ring and pinion gear not the spider gears your pinion is what spins, it it directly conected to your drive shaft it turns your ring gear that is what turns the wheels the spider gears are what you weld to lock the diff. So this guy ruined his diff. Get it now?! If you don't belive me go on pirate 4x4 and ask them what all the fuss is about I am sure you will get an ear full! Or just go weld your ring and pinion see how that works for ya. Please post pics of your face when you see what all the fuss is about.

take a video of the first start and 'drive' when you do it. then upload to youtube.

Just make sure no one is under or near the truck . The massive power is known to break drive shafts. Make a loop or two to catch it just in case
