Occasional High ECT/EOT Spread
Its better to flush before it gets way bad vs wait till the Oil coolers plugged solid and you cant get any cleaner threw it to clean it out
To the OP Give it a Good drive at 60-65 mph STEADY Speed & Leval Roads and so on get a Good heat soak going then take the spread at the Max High temps of Both It must be taken this way for consistency purposes
Dont try and compare temps by certain location one day vs the next day theres just to many varibles with that (traffic, speed ect....)
Its just hard to say really you posted good numbers and also bad numbers
You posted a 25* spread that you had at one point which would be a Plugged oil cooler What I still think that you have.
With a Properly working oil cooler(and water pump) you would never reach a 25* spread at any time (the only exception would be Pullen or Hauling a load maybe you would reach a spread like that ) But empty truck no way you should hit that 25* spread at any time
