what is the best turbo for ford a 1987 f250 6.9 how much hp will i get

I personally like the banks sidewinder waste gated version. If you truck has had a proper tune up and is running at a 100% i think you will get some where around a 50% gain.

Any Turbo you add will make night and day difference.

The preferred Turbos are the ATS 093 or 93-94 Factory Turbo. They are waste gated Turbos thus spool up at lower RPM's ...

How much gain is all about what all you do, will you ever turn it into a fire breathing tire smoking race truck ... NOT!

Air in, Exhaust out, Turbo and some fuel and you can gain 100HP maybe!

I understand the Hypermax kit is still available.
I personally talked to Banks Power last week when I ordered my down pipes and was told they still have the Sidewinder kit for $2900US. It is a complete system that many like ...
