New So-Cal Chapter newbie.....
Hello Everyone ...Im a new semi new to the whole Ford fourm. I picked up a 1977 F-250 and oh man shes a beauty. Picked up the truck from a older gentleman the truck is very well taken care of body is in excellant shape has all the trim in perfect shape. It has a 460 V-8 and is it a beast it has a C-6 auto tranny been going over all the DMV paper work and it show it only has 58,xxx miles . I live in Paso Robles thats in Northern San Luis Obispo County ,Im only 30 min north of fPismo Beach for all you who are familiar with Pismo Beach . Im looking foward to being on this So-cal fourm alot to hopefully get some info and to look for parts if anyone has any for sale ... Looking foward to make some buds on here ...Thanx

Welcome to the chapter! We just had a joint NorCal-SoCal get together at Pismo the day before the super bowl. There are a lot of knowledgeable guys in this chapter, and this site is THE place to come for Ford truck info. I used to own a 76 F-250 with the same engine and trans combo you have. I loved it. I am sure you will like it here too.

Thanks for the very warm welcome ... but now adays Paso Robles is not the Paso Robles of old days .. It has gotten more suffistcated..
....
I would not trade living anywhere else in the whole state.. I know i gotta be living in Paradise cause i get to see everyone else flock to the Central Coast from up North (Fresno,San Jose, Bakersfield,Etc) and from down South ( Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Berandino,Etc).... but hopefully i can join whenever theres another Pismo Beach get together.... if you guys ever have Questions of what else to do around here besides Pismo Beach hit me up and ill give you guys some ideas .....
