Floor Pans
Well, it was finally time to to deal with the floor pans in my '77. They weren't real bad(not too many holes) but what are winter projects for if not to take care of issues. I fretted over where to buy the replacement pans from and finally decided on LMC. I had bought things from them years ago(28) and was not happy, but times have changed and the floor pans I got from them are outstanding. The left side went well and it has since been painted over with primer. Started working on the right side today, boy, did I screw that up. Ended up short on the rear of the pan by 3/8". I can fix it, but it will take a lot more work. I guess the bottom line here is it appears that LMC has some pretty good sheet metal.

For what is available, yeah I concur. However, that's a floor and and not an exterior body panel. The body line contour of the patch panel to address the notorious rear wheel arch rot wasn't as crisp as OEM.
I'm not bashing LMC per se...just noting that I am just thankful there is a source and noting a subtlety.
