Alex, fyi my trucool is behind my IC, and I've never seen over 200. That was in a 95* windy day with the trailer on. That's plenty cool.

Had you thought of put late 99 spider to help air flow?

On trans cooler/ tran shop put on front of ac condenser on top where grille. That actually work BEST than factory cooler on bottom bumper that barely get air flow.

Are those steel or aluminum ic pipes. I'd love to take those and weld them to make one piece pipes. Me a little easier to Fab

Ain't that the truth.. Could be worse though. You could have the big BD clamps and the awesome Dieselsite boots and still be blowing boots off.... I've got a couple boots double clamped and hair sprayed to keep them on.

I didn't think very many people knew the hair spray trick. I had a old guy teach me that when I worked in a big rig shop.

The clamps it came with sucks azz. Gotta get some T bolt clamps

Yeah, I think my pipe isn't quite aligned right or something b/c unless I have the hot pipe double clamped and sprayed, it won't hold. I tried it with a single clamp and hair spray, blew it the first time it spooled. Tried it double clamped and no spray, blew it..

Definitely gotta get rid of those worm drive clamps you got though and get some constant torque clamps. Maybe consider welding up a couple of those joints to get rid of a couple boots too. IMO the less boots to blow off the better.
