What, no “K” cars? They could have corded off a section of the parking lot for those “blue light specials”. At least by using a K-Mart parking lot, you had plenty of room for a car show. And if you have a shortage of tools, dependable Craftsman are right inside the store albeit they’re not my Dad’s Craftsman.
In picture #6 there was a 58 Ranchero & in #13 there was a nice

The guy with the Ranchero said it was for sale. I asked what was the asking price and he said $20,000. After talking to a friend who knew the vehicle he said the engine needed a bunch of work and was way out of line on the price. After we finished talking he slipped the the guy his business card and said to get in touch with him.. I don't friends llike that.
