Windshield Replacement
I have a 1990 F150 Custom / 4x4 / I-6, 300 truck that has a leaky windshield. I notice that there is a chrome piece of trim around the glass. If this needs to be removed to replace the glass, can it be done without damaging it? If not, will I be able to find the trim somewhere? Last, what is the average cost to replace a windshield for this truck?

Yes the trim needs to come off, there is a special tool that does a great job of releasing the clips..

88 f 350 replaced windshield leaks
I had a new windshield put in my 88 f 350 it still leaks the installer said it needs clip? he does not have them I have looked all over from Ford to Junk yards and I can not find them. I don't even know what they look like. Help
