Curb Weight '71 pickup
I got a 1971 ford f100 long bed 2wd with the 390 and a c6 auto trans, I was wondering if someone would know what the curb weight is for these trucks my title say 3200 lbs but I know thats got to be wrong

I'm guessing 38-3900 is closer. Hey that is a country shot, your bio sez Va. Take it to a local feed mill "Southern States" or other place that weighs trucks if there is one in your area and weigh the truck.

I have a 1972 F250 regular cab long bed. Took it to the dump and parked it on their scales. Subtracted my weight plus the weight of the gas and came up with roughly 4,350 pounds (all fluids except gas).
Guessing the F100 might weigh less than this. Find a dump or scrap yard that has a vehicle scale, that is the fastest way to know for sure.
