F650 Problems

F650 Problems

Alright, I'm working here with a F-650 Diesel. I started it and ran it for about an hour 4 weeks ago. Today I go to start it for purposes of moving and the damned thing is dead. After replacing both batteries it still will not start.
Here's the issues as I see them. The power assist brake runs non stop even with out the key in the ignition. Because of which ( I believe ) the Wait To Start (WTS) is not illuminating which is not allowing the truck to fire. At this point I've checked all fuses, beat on the Power Assist brake with a hammer and sprayed ethanol into the air filter all to no avail.
Any opinions or options on where to look or go from here?
