Odd, I recall it going together pretty easily. I think I used a floor jack to lift it up and then pulled it back with the come a long.
What I remember is setting up about 17 different safety chains and jacks and things and the the actual bushing taking about 5 minutes a side to do... but I'd been a long time.
did the axle pivot bushings today. took off the old tie rods. tomorrow or wednesday i will get the new tie rods on. then just wait for the sway bar to frame bushings to come in. then go for an alignment.
i am thinking i need some new shocks as well. it will get bilstiens all the way around.
