exhaust leak

exhaust leak
how would you guys go about fixing this leak? one of the bolts that hold the manifold to the engine is broke off causing the leak. it happens to be the last bolt on the bottom right before the up pipes. is it doable? tips and tricks will come in handy so what ever you all have up your sleeves just let me know. thanks

Had the exact same thing on mine summer before last. I decided to pull the inner fender to get better access and found my fenders were eat up under the fender flares. Then found my rad support baddly rusted. The obvious thing was to pull the from clip and do the work then. While fixing the manifold leak found an up pipe leaking, so make sure and check those while in there. Once I had the manifold off, the broken bolt came right out. If you have the room, take a drift and a hammer and hit the heads of each bolt to help jar them loose from the manifold. Makes it alot easier to remove the bolts and help from breaking them off. If you decide to pull the clip, do any work on top of the engine while your at it. I replaced the fuel pump, orings/hoses on the fuel filter assembly, EBPV delete, HPX line and CCV mod. It was so much easier with the clip off.

Nate, no piece of the bolt sticking out....I wish there would of been a peice and made it a bit easier for me. I might try to weld a nut on the bolt and see if it comes out.
C350crew thanks for the tip of removing the front clip or maybe just the fender. Might go that route to make it much easier to work on.
