P2197 code pending

P2197 code pending
New guy here,
I have a 2005 E-450 with a Banks kit (Ottomind, headers, transcommand, magnaflow cat, intake, and rear o2 delete). Bought it this way.
It has 17k miles on it.
It was tossing a p2195 code so I changed both O2 sensors up front, they were pretty fouled and Bank 1 was lazy. I sprayed half a can of starting fluid over the manifold with no change in rpm's. I reset the ecu and checked to watch the ramps of the O2's both seemed to be crossing fine. When the fuel system finally closed I checked to see if any codes were up thought the MIL was off and it shows a P2197 Pending code. I know it sat around for about a year on pavement without any real driving. I was wondering if you can give me a direction to look.
