Weird problemo.

Ok guys, My father has a 2001 F150 with a 5.4l automatic. He is experiencing a momentary loss of power at a cruising speed of 40 mph. When he is "feather firing it so to speak". What could this be? An injector? We have put fresh gas in. Objectors cleaner in. Also cleaned the mass air flow. Could this be a coil pack starting to go bad??

Also think I should note there are no codes.

Thats a common symptom of a bad COP, usually starts as a slight bucking in cruise,Overdrive, The COP is failing to ignite the fuel when the EGR is activated.

But it wont throw a code, so its hard to tell which COP it is, change them all ,once one goes the others are not far behind
