Litterealy a tube coming off CDR going Down under the truck, eliminating the possibilities of the stock setup to leak oil into the #7 and #8 cylinders causing potential problems, the idea is to have the "road draft" when driving to suck out the crankcase gasses rather than your intake. Depending on condition of cdr and motor you will most likely have steady white smoke coming from wherever you route the tube ( especially at warm idle) and possibility of leaving oil drops around your driveway. I'd just clean the crd and keep the stock setup.
What is the best way to clean your cdr? And if you aren't concerned about dripping oil how benificial is it (what problems does it prevent)?
He just said it prevents the potential leaking of oil into the #7 and #8 cylinders. Burning oil raises exhaust gas temperatures, and can ruin head gaskets or do other engine harm.
